Overview

Turkey grants citizenship to foreigners who complete a qualifying investment and hold it for three years. The property route — a purchase of at least USD 400,000, valued by an SPK-licensed appraiser and annotated on the title deed — is the one most families use.

There is no language test and no requirement to live in Turkey. Dual citizenship is allowed. A short-term residence card is issued first; citizenship follows the presidential decree.
